Job Description
- Preparing and/or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Explaining human resources benefits, policies, procedures, laws, work instructions and standards to new and existing employees.
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, setting interviews dates and performing reference checks.
- Contact candidates for interviews and manage interview timings.
- Handling employee files (payroll, social insurance, work related documents etc...)
- Monitoring employee’s attendance, including time attendance machine, and generating attendance reports.
- Follow-up on each employee’s annual leaves, sick leave and send them containing remaining balances.
- Responsible for employee’s social insurance.
- Managing and monitoring employees benefits (transportation, mobile allowances)
- Responsible for employee medical insurance, including dealing with the company providing the service.
- Oversees special events for staff including training, celebration, contest etc…, by coordinating committees, setting schedules and staying within budget.
- Responsible for the HRMS system, including adding and updating all employees records on it.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Good command of English.
- Very good computer skills.

- Experience with a Human Resources Management System (HRMS) is a plus.
