Job Description

  • Assist in setting appointments, organizing the Agenda of the company CEO.
  • Answering calls and requests.
  • Writing correspondences and emails.
  • Prepare memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies to supervisory workers, and monitor compliance.
  • Assist my supervisor in collecting reports, gathering departmental information, aiding in compiling data to produce reports.
  • Assist in follow-up with different departments regarding workflow and business process related matters.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 experience with a relevant experience.
  • Males or Females.
  • New Cairo Residents are Preferred.
  • Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
  • Excellent in using a computer program (MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work under stress.
  • Very Good command of English Language (understanding - writing speaking).
  • Extra language will be an advantage.
