Job Description

Main Purpose:

Manages sales of the company’s products within the regional area. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in preparing sales forecast and ways to achieve sales objective, as well as putting estimated budget in term of fleet head count and trucks.
  2. Distribute stocks monthly for each area/route according to sales targets, as well as its break down to the concerned supervisors each in his domain and according to the nature of his area.
  3. Manage and supervise the work of the sales team in the branches in term of extracting/sending reports, as well as following up the progress related to achieving the company objectives.
  4. Daily follow up with the supervisors, providing the necessary support and guidance, as well as providing the support necessary to enhance the interrelationship between the sales team and other business-related departments.
  5. Conduct frequent market visits for following up the sales team performance, along with providing support and guidance to the sales supervisors to improve sales performance.
  6. Conduct a weekly meeting with the sales supervisors to follow up sales performance, in term of sales achievement, waste, action plan for the next week, and points of development to focus on.
  7. Present the sales performance for his branches under responsibility in the monthly sales meeting, illustrating sales achievements, waste, and other growth KPIs.
  8. Generate all necessary reports to follow up on the Sales performance for the areas under responsibility, Sales representatives and supervisors through the Handheld device
  9. Evaluate the performance of subordinates, as well as participating in the renewal of their contracts.
  10. Daily follow-up for the loading process inside the yard, as well as following the delivery process among the sales representatives.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: Minimum 2 Years’ experience in a similar field, out of which 2 are in a Managerial Position.

Languages: Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).

Computer Skills:

  • MS Word SkillsAdvanced
  • MS Excel Skills Advanced
  • MS PowerPoint Advanced
  • MS Outlook Skills Advanced

Working Conditions:

Working Days: 6 Days/week [Saturday Till Thursday]

Days Off: Two days/Week [Friday and Saturday]

Working Hours: From 07:30am till 04:00pm.

Working Environment: 60% outdoor and 40% standard office work
