Job Description
- Lead analysis activities inside the organization.
- Provide Business Analysis and Consulting.
- Provide training to new analysts.
- Develop products market study and competitor analysis.
- Establish product features and product plan.
- Establish a requirement management plan.
- Elicit customer requirements.
- Drive functional and non-functional requirements from customer requirements.
- Ensure clear documentation for requirements, storyboarding, user scenarios, etc.
- Provide support to key stakeholders through active participation in cross-functional teams.
- Work with clients and created realistic user requirements and avoid scope creep.
- Acted as point of contact to assess, research, analyze, document and resolve issues.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (computer science or equivalent).
- Enterprise Content Management knowledge or experience is preferred.
