Job Description

  • Communicate with customers, agents, airlines, by phone and emails.
  • Negotiate for rates with airlines and agents.
  • Dealing with overseas agents.
  • Handling the documentation.
  • Follow up the workflow on the system.
  • Maintain the confidentiality data contained in the documents of each shipment, and verify the accuracy of their information.
  • Issue invoices to the client.
  • Receive customer complaints and resolve it.
  • Ensure applying and maintaining accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
  • Perform periodical (monthly/weekly) reports to superior upon achievements and performance.
  • Compliance with all administrative and technical rules applied by the company.
