Job Description
- Keeps track and documentation of interviews and hires.
- Follow-up process payroll, attendance and leave.
- Calculates the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with the assistance of a computer system.
- Coordinating timekeeping and payroll systems.
- Sources and attracts candidates.
- Conducts interviews’ and filters candidates for open positions.
Job Requirements
- Males Only.
- Knowledge of Egyptian labor law and deal with government agencies (Insurance - Labor Office), will be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills “MS Office”
- Self-Oriented and organized.
- Damietta or surroundings resident is a must.
