Job Description
- Implementing Performance Management system and performance evaluation
- Responsible for the Learning and development process
- Responsible for the Recruitment activities and conducting the relevant assessments
- Developing and updating job descriptions through job analysis
- Developing company policies and procedures
- Creating organizational charts and headcount reports
- Implementing the training plan with respect to the allocated budget
- Implementing the performance appraisal plan in regards to competencies and ratings
- Creating Key Performance Indicators based on the objectives in order to measure employees’ performance
Job Requirements
- From 3 to 5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree of commerce or any related field.
- Excellent English.
- Excellent MS office.
- HR certificate/diploma is a must
