Help serve our patients base of more than 300,000 users. Patients Customer Support will help our users through the life cycle of using Medicobot products.
Responsibilities:
- Understand Patients' needs and communicate it to Management team.
- Call Medicobot's users and get feedback.
- Help Medicbot's users to pay through different payment method; Credit Card, DCB, Fawry, Aman, and Vodafone Cash.
- Send promotions to our users.
