Job Description
- Following- up the Manpower Plan for the company
- Fulfilling various with high qualified through many channels in terms of “Advertising, LinkedIn, Facebook, AmCham, other available online recruitment sites, head hunting and referral system.
- Screening candidates and conducting the pre-screening interviews to provide short-listed candidates for Technical interview.
- Selecting the high qualified calibers through accurate screening and interviewing, enhancing the Recruitment database with Direct Manager.
- Participating in assessing the annual training needs in order to develop annual Training Plan.
- Coordinating & implementing the annual training plan according to both departments training needs and individual needs within the annual training budget set for each year.
- Searching for courses outlines, materials and training providers to develop new programs that meet staff training needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Must have at least 2 year experience in Recruitment & Training.
- Must have excellent communication & Negotiation skills.
- Strong information/data handling skills and the ability to gather information and present it in a professional manner.
- Ability to work and deliver under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint.
