Job Description
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marking, and messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections to increase the visibility of social content.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Monitor and improve our SEO performance through Goggle analytics and Google Ad words.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
- Generate Leads “Customers” through social media Campaigns (Responding to messages, Comments, Events…)
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Create online reports on a monthly basis or as required
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing social media.
- A creative thinker with the ability to come up with new ideas to engage our audiences.
- Familiar with social scheduling, monitoring and testing tools such as Hoot suite is essential.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce news releases alongside fun, colloquial social media messaging.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
