Job Description
- Understand Company future needs and assess gaps against current capabilities including process, technology and distribution infrastructure.
- Develop and execute short and long-term customer eCommerce logistics solutions that meet growth objectives; working with enterprise experts supporting Company’s Digital strategy.
- Work closely with 3PL logistics providers to improve operational performance related to eCommerce through continuous improvement tools and tactics.
- Manage logistics and inventory levels through in-house and partner shipping portals.
- Assure freight readiness and schedule carriers pickups.
- Coordinate with production and pick/pack team to meet shipping deadlines.
- Resolve problems with shipments with as little delay or impact to the customer as possible.
- Manage the workflow for shipments with our vendors, business partners and clients.
- Manage products trends and damage rates, especially as it relates to denied claims.
- Develop and maintain tight reporting that will show status of claims, trends and impact to the business.
- Collaborate with other departments to enact change in an effort to lower the number of claims and improve the chances of a favorable claim outcome.

- Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks.
- Excellent time management skills so as to ensure efficiency in service delivery at all times.
- Ability to be proactive when dealing with customer complaints or requests.
- Fluent in English is a must.
