Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Direct Contact with overseas Regulars.
  • Receiving Orders, data entry and following them up with I.T on E.R.P System.
  • Generating Pi's (Pro-Forma Invoice), packing lists and providing legal Documents for exported goods (according to each country's legalization).
  • Manage territories, classify clients, Manage export correspondence, quotations, bid requests, credit collection, product packing, logistics, bank documents (L/G, L/C and so ), shipping documents (C/O, B/L and so) and inspection certificate if required.
  • Managing and following all orders processing with factory operations.
  • Coordinating with Freight- Forwarders for shipping Orders.
  • Following up (monthly / Quarterly) cash flow analysis and payments per client.
  • Auditing client account statements.
  • Delivering accurate and timely documents to all clients.
  • Gathering essential data required for reports.
  • Archiving Shipment Bills, Certificates, lists and all sorts of related Documents.
  • Comparing Competitive price rates.
  • Follow up production of order with production department.
  • Receive complaints from clients, then issuing a form and sending it to Q.A department.
  • Follow up complaints till answers are received and originating a reply for the clients.
  • Ensuring the practical usage of the ISO circulation system (For Export DPT).
  • Provide necessary information and training materials to new employees of the DPT to ensure that they
    received the required training
  • Compliance for any delegated tasks or missions.

Job Requirements

  • Female Fluency in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
  • From 1-3 years of experience in Export field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • MS Office, presentation skills.
  • Flexible and able to cope well with change.
