Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Participating in developing and implementation of Production strategies and tactics to optimize production processes .
- Achieve production plan on time with the approved quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for making a production plan in accordance with the predetermined standards increasing the production capacity in the least time possible.
- Responsible for achieving 100 % of the production plan following the predetermined Quality and Safety standards.
- Assigning the manpower with different tasks according to the production plan and managing workload and any risks due to workers misbehavior like attendance issues, …etc.
- Preparing weekly production reports and time plans according to the monthly production plan.
- Preparing weekly delivery schedules for the manufactured devices in coordination with the sales department.
- Responsible for coordination with the operation department to achieve the client requirements.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering or equivalent.
- Must be experience in dried herbs and flowers.
- Ability to Manage Time and Workload Effectively.
- At least 10 experiences in Farm Management .
- The ability to make decisions in stressful environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership Skills.
- Must be able to manage and motivate teams.
