Job Description
- Develop new features assigned by the product development team.
- Develop web pages and landing pages.
- Optimize website for a better performance and speed.
- Ensure the website works correctly across all screens/devices/browsers.
- Ensure a bug-free & user-friendly interface.
- Develop user interface elements and widgets.
- Integrate back-end with front-end.
- Test the website and identify any technical problems.
Job Requirements
- You will work directly with our mentors.
- Working in a start-up that aims to scale rapidly in different markets is a great challenge.
- First-hand knowledge of user-centered design principles, and UI design practices and methodologies.
- (Desirable) Experience with web libraries and frameworks such as Backbone, Angular, Ionic, Bootstrap, jQuery, or Ember, and CSS pre- processing frameworks (such as Sass or Less)
- Self-motivated and work well under pressure
- HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, jQuery are a must.
- Experience with Ajax, JSON.
- Advanced usage of javascript.
- Bonus: Backend experience in using Ruby on Rails is a big plus
