- Put KPI’s and objectives for the team.
- Manage employees strictly.
- Manage attendance, shifts, and overtime.
- Motivate the team and stop the negative vibes.
- Assess warehouse employees performance.
- Make the functional interviews and last filtration.
- Manage day to day warehouse issues
- Manage warehouse specialists
- Send daily and weekly reports to the operation manager by all incidents
Job Requirements
- From 3 -5 years of experience in the same position
