Job Description
- Support direct account
- Find opportunities with new accounts
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Inform our accounts about the new arrivals and offers
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Job Requirements

- Experience at least one year or more in Mobile accessories and Retail
- Age 23 to 30 years
- Prefer to be from Cairo or Giza
- Preferably university graduated
