Job Description

  • Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing CEO’s calendar and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and conferences calendar.
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Tracing and following up on the pending tasks.
  • Recording and maintaining the results for all tenders.
  • Reporting to HR & CEO

Job Requirements

  • Presentable.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Work experience in performing Secretarial duties with minimum 2 years is highly recommended .
  • Excellent in English
