Job Description
- Follow-up of incoming and outgoing emails and getting acquainted with required reports
- Uploading Orders for website and customized VIP resellers` orders
- Uploading the exchange orders and initiating funds
- Adding\removing new denominations and Brands
- Daily check for (Reseller registration requests) on Admin and updating the data in a report to reuse them as a leads
- Daily search regarding our competitors’ prices and brands
- Keep track on the reseller list reports to contact the inactive users through mails
- Communicating with 150 active resellers - through calls and whatsapp
- Handling resellers` inquiries regarding all the cash collection process
- Updating Price List (on google sheets) for each supplier (daily task after each order we receive)
- Compare each item in the invoice with the agreement prices and give a report with the differences
- Change prices on admin for each brand and denomination (apply\remove discounts)
- Provide accurate and timely information as required to higher management
- Provide new ideas/methods on how to enhance the service
- Meet the assigned monthly targets
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, culture and business ethics
Job Requirements
