Job Role
The Sales Executive responsibilities consist of first and most importantly to sell cars by following the sales step used by MAC, this will include greeting customers and demonstrate the vehicles characteristics, capabilities, and features while comparing and contrasting competitive models either face to face or over the phone.

They will be required to complete sales paperwork and to help car buyers complete finance applications and any paperwork that may be required to sell a car, along with following up and ensuring favorable customer satisfaction through MAC CRM.
Job Responsibilities :
- Deliver new vehicles to customers. Ensure the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and being devoted to guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a highly effective follow-up system that contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Owning the Job Order process on the system from A to Z with a high follow up strategy
- Prospect & Follow up on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person to person – maintain a prospect development system.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor Degree
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Experience: 1 - 2 Prior sales experience is preferable
