Job Description
- Managing schedules, records and accounts receivable
- Setting up classrooms and training venues
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets).
- Evaluation distribution & collection.
- Certificates printing, filling and distribution.
- Confirmations call of students before course with one week in case of delay or emergency.
- Operate the course labs including (pens, board, projector …) checks.
- Submit reports on training activities and results
- Confirmation calls with the instructors.
- Working hours: from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM , 6 days per week and one day is off.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Very good in English
