- Send daily reconciliation files to billers and channels
- Reply billers and channels inquiry
- Reconcile company pools transactions
- Reconcile mobile wallets transactions
- Specify the failed transaction to be refunded
- Update the dispute management tool
- Send the confirmed dispute sheet to the commercial accounting team
- Send the monthly sales to billers and channels
- Fund and settle sales team wallets
Job Requirements
- Years of Experience: 3+ years, preferably in E-Payment field.
- Computer skills required: Good MS office skills
- Strong Communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Detailed oriented and self-motivated
