Job Description
- Analyze data to anticipate Stars OPS problems at their roots, recognizing symptoms and acting swiftly to solve them
- Improve the stars OPS experience based on feedback from customers, internal stakeholders.
- Monitor, report and improve the operational performance of star package cycle to ensure they deliver within SLA without cancellation
- Work collaboratively with various Bosta stakeholders, departments to analyze problems, develop, test and implement solutions to improve the cross functional empathy.
- Coordination of forwarding delivery & Reverse Services, Follow-up on SLA compliance.
- Ensure enhanced lead time of forward and reverse packages.
- Manage the day to day OPS communication in the star Compliance
Job Requirements
- From 1 to 3 year of experience in the logistics industry.
- Good English language.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
