Job Description
- Handle Customers' inbound calls with the best scenarios, opening and closing.
- Deliver outbound calls to customers for handling cases, explaining offers or clarifying issues.
- Give customer right info about products, delivery date, promos and offers.
- Handle customers messages on website "live Chat".
- Follow up with customers before and after sale calls.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Handle what any other assigned tasks in same branch or another one as per business need.
Working Hours: Night shift from 4.30 pm to 12.30 am
Job Requirements
- Graduates.
- Males only.
- 0 - 2 years experience in customer service.
- Fluency in both Arabic/English is a MUST.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to learn.
