Job Description
- Assists external clients in the implementation of technical systems.
- Evaluates client needs, develops configurations that support business processes.
- Defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans.
- Tests and troubleshoots final system setups.
- Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
- May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations.
- Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Typically requires 2-4 years of related work experience.
- Previous experience in financial applications is a plus .
- Good knowledge in dealing with DBMS.
- Very good knowledge of XML and web services is a must.
- Previous experience using SOAP-UI tool is a plus.
- Experience & understanding of Web or Mobile applications development.
- Familiar with testing and UAT.
- Highly recommended to have troubleshooting skills with record of experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
