Job Description
- Supervises academic and/or administrative professionals, paraprofessionals, technical/support and/or classified staff. Hires, trains, disciplines and recommends dismissal of staff as necessary.
- Develops, recommends, and administers policies, procedures and processes in support of Foundation goals and operations, in accordance with relevant legal parameters, and implements and monitors compliance with approved policies, procedures and processes
- Develops and monitors the Foundation’s budget and financial plans; authorizes and approves Foundation expenditures; manages the annual external audit process and works with Foundation Board and investment manager to ensure the most advantageous investment plan.
- Effectively directing multiple fundraising initiatives in support of college priorities
Job Requirements
- He should be minimum 10 to 15 years of site experience in Transmission Line projects
- Hands on experience in Foundation activities and access road
- He should of aware of prop setting method of casting foundation
- Knowledge on all civil related ( foundation ) materials like grade of concrete & steel, concrete mix ratio etc
- Should able to manage a team of 20 to 30 workmen on civil activities
- Ensure quality and safety of his team during site work
- Plan and arrange RMC / steel for site foundation work
