Job Description
- Dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery bikes, tricycles, cars, vans, and trucks.
- Maintaining day-to-day records of supply growth, performance, and quality with regular analysis and reporting of findings.
- Troubleshooting supply problems, analyses, and reporting of the issues, solving and assisting in the implementation of solutions.
- Developing and maintain strong relationships with all Stars
- Acting as the first point of contact and front-line support for all our Stars resolving device issues, and other queries.
- Communicating with the star support team on all the daily issues.
Job Requirements
- 1 -2 years of experience
- Good English language
- Excellent communication skills
