Job Description

  • Perform all Administrative Correspondence Internal & Global.
  • Indoor & Outdoor Administrative activity.
  • Prepare reports and issue invoices.
  • Interaction with Exporters and BV local and overseas offices.
  • Handling export documentation
  • Scheduling of inspections
  • Doing final document verification
  • Issuance of Certificates
  • Process all necessary administration and documentation in the area of responsibility
  • Ensure implementation of QMS in the area of responsibility corporate standards (e.g. Code of Ethics, BV Values, corporate identity, policies, procedures)

Job Requirements

  • Very Good English
  • Preferred Import & Export experience
