Job Description
- Perform all Administrative Correspondence Internal & Global.
- Indoor & Outdoor Administrative activity.
- Prepare reports and issue invoices.
- Interaction with Exporters and BV local and overseas offices.
- Handling export documentation
- Scheduling of inspections
- Doing final document verification
- Issuance of Certificates
- Process all necessary administration and documentation in the area of responsibility
- Ensure implementation of QMS in the area of responsibility corporate standards (e.g. Code of Ethics, BV Values, corporate identity, policies, procedures)
Job Requirements
- Very Good English
- Preferred Import & Export experience
