Job Description

We are looking for a senior business developer who will be responsible for the development, capture and closing of consultative solutions deals for Roshetta application.

He/She will lead opportunity identification and shaping while working on the formulation of solution that integrates products and services required to meet client needs. And may lead multiple opportunities concurrently, although typically in different sales stages.

The candidate must have extensive experience developing and marketing in the medical field and can operate independently building and managing client relationships.

Your responsibilities:

  • Enhancing Roshetta app’s positioning in the medical market.
  • Attending meetings and events directed to creating exposure and partnership opportunities for Roshetta app.
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products and services.
  • Making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Attending meetings and events directed to creating exposure and partnership opportunities for Roshetta app.
  • Promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Focusing on generating new leads with the aim of creating more sales. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  • Tracking and recording activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  • Evaluating marketing and sales activities results
  • Reporting on your activities, Customers responses and business potentials.
  • Ensuring that customer requests are responded to in an accurate and timely manner.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing and preferably faculty of pharmacy or science.
  • 3 to 6 Years of Experience in medical marketing industries.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent Business Writing Skills.
  • High level of self-confidence self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
  • Fluent English language skills (Speaking and Writing).
  • A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
  • Exceeds at building and maintaining business relationships, online and offline.
  • Has evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
  • Has a great understanding of the medical field and its needs.
  • Understands what the application needs in order to grow in the market and gain more users.
  • Preferably owns a car.
