Job Requirements
- A Bachelor degree or more in disabilities, psychology, or educational administration/leadership field
- At least 5 years in middle/upper educational management with experience with children with disabilities (Preferable including Down syndrome)
- Problem-solving and fast educated decision making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to details and an investigative nature
- Good time management skills and the ability to priorities
- The ability to lead while assuring ongoing team work
