Job Description
- Provide customers with all required information related to the company products and services with delighting them with a superior customer service.
- Listen to customers, assess their needs, and then advise them on the best options for them
- Proactively identify and act on cross-sell opportunities for each customer.
- Answer customer questions regarding their current problems to ensure their concerns are heard, understood, and resolved appropriately
