Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Manage our relationship with our B2B partners across many industries( Telecom, FMCG,…..).
  • Identify potential partnerships with merchants in-line with Fawry loyalty strategy and pillars.
  • Designing Loyalty Commercial/technical proposals.
  • Deliver post campaign performance analysis(redemption rates, trends, penetration amongst key markets etc…)
  • Handling customer redemption issues / complaints.
  • Participate in the development of the Fawry Loyalty solution customer Experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree- Marketing graduates preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar post.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of English is a must.
