Job Description
- Manage and co-ordinate quality control activities designed to ensure accurate and reliable analysis consistent with established standards.
- Conduct checks of quality standards that have been identified by each unit within the Department.
- Develop, manage, monitor and modify schedules for the preparation, analysis and reporting of quality related processes to ensure timely and efficient processing.
- Develop, manage, and analyze statistical data and specifications to ensure that the present testing standards meet organizational quality standards.
- Develop, manage and maintain internal quality procedures & External.
- Manage and supervise the archiving of sample data and storage of samples received for analysis.
- Manage and assist and with the co-ordination of quality improvement activities within the organization.
- Assist with the introduction, implementation and evaluation of current quality improvement approaches and methods.
- Review and analyze processes from quality/cost viewpoint.
- Coach and train colleagues on quality systems, approaches and methods.
- Facilitate and co-ordinate ‘Quality’ team at his area.
- Assist teams in customer focused planning and problem solving.
- Assist teams with plan-do-check-act stages of the quality processes including implementation of the changes.
- Maintain focus of the organization on opportunities for improvement.
- Track and report progress of teams' activities, orally and in writing, on a continuous basis.
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
Job Requirements
- Must have a thorough knowledge of Quality Inspection processes, procedures and best practices
- Bachelor degree strongly preferred or 2-4 years’ experience will be considered

- Must have good PC skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience entering, tracking and analyzing data.
- Experience with ISO, Six Sigma, 6 S and LEAN is a plus
- Effective communication skills (Written and Verbal), and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and tasks
- Possesses excellent analytical problem-solving skills
- Able to operate light industrial equipment a plus
- Awareness Lean and SIX Sigma tools.
- Awareness of ISO - Standards
- Excellent English
