Job Description
- Assist all departments in their daily tasks
- Reporting to the office manager and supporting in supervising the other services & admin team
- Answer the phone and determine how best to direct the call (i.e. put on hold and transfer to appropriate department or person.)
- Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
- Great client and set a positive office atmosphere
- Handle couriers and other tasks related specially to sales and marketing team
- Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
- Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, Faxes, telephone, etc.
- Work closely with the officers, office manager, and all departments to provide a professional and welcoming transitional presence.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Business Administration or similar
- From 1 to 3 years of experience
- Residence Location should be in New Cairo
- Ability to work under pressure
- Have an experience in dealing with board members
- High interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to details
- To be presentable and hospitable
- Female Only
- Language: Good command in both written and spoken English
- Computer Skills: Proficient computer user specially Microsoft Office package
