Job Description
- Assuring the availability of dies at the required due dates by production
- Assuring the implementation of a preventive maintenance plan for dies and jigs
- Manufacturing the new dies at the required due dates
- Being responsible for running the CNC section and operating the CNC machine
- Designing and manufacturing required spare part.
- Manage the periodic dies maintenance process
- Manage the process of manufacturing new dies
- Manage the process of manufacture of determinants and jigs.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering (Design & Production preferred).
- Highly aware of modern techniques of designing and manufacturing sheet metal dies, injection molds.
- Awareness of operating and programming (CNC Milling machines – Wire cut machines)
- Awareness of CAD-CAM programs (NX is preferred).
- Profession in managing technical teams.
- Highly aware of needed material grades in dies manufacturing
- Ability to deal with foreign suppliers technically and linguistically.
