Job Description

  • Receives calls and/or greets visitors, takes and relays messages, responds to requests for information;
  • Provides information or directs caller/visitor to appropriate individual.
  • Maintains calendars, schedules.
  • Dealing with Top Management members.
  • Responsible for business trip arrangements partially.
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
  • Type correspondence, reports and other documents.
  • Receiving and Replying Emails.
  • Assists in the preparation of business meetings.
  • Maintains and/or creates files or record keeping systems. Sorts, labels, files and retrieves documents, or other materials in the department.
  • Sending and Receiving faxes then distribute them to other administrative dept.
  • Reviews incoming correspondence: initiates replies appropriate.
  • In addition to any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. from any discipline
  • From 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field and industry
  • Excellent English, very good PC skills
