Job Description
- Receives calls and/or greets visitors, takes and relays messages, responds to requests for information;
- Provides information or directs caller/visitor to appropriate individual.
- Maintains calendars, schedules.
- Dealing with Top Management members.
- Responsible for business trip arrangements partially.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Type correspondence, reports and other documents.
- Receiving and Replying Emails.
- Assists in the preparation of business meetings.
- Maintains and/or creates files or record keeping systems. Sorts, labels, files and retrieves documents, or other materials in the department.
- Sending and Receiving faxes then distribute them to other administrative dept.
- Reviews incoming correspondence: initiates replies appropriate.
- In addition to any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. from any discipline
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field and industry
- Excellent English, very good PC skills
