Software Development Manager

Job Summary:

• Streams is building a new developers team and it is required to have a head for this team.
• We are partners to IBM, Xerox, Kodak and we are specialized in offering IT Services to our customers as well as being responsible for Turnkey projects
• We are seeking a candidate to build the required team and to help us getting the standard quality in the services we provide to our customers
• The candidate should be able to decide and execute strategic actions as per the company priorities.

Communication

• Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
• Holds regular status meetings with development team.
• Keeps development team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
• Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
