System Engineer

• System engineers carry out a variety of tasks.
• Their jobs require a combination of abilities, including system design and analysis as well as, communication and business skills.
• They design and implement new systems, correct errors in current ones and improve performance through the upgrades.

Job Responsibilities

• Deals with project managers to understand systems and consults with customers to determine their needs.
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Maintain security, backup, and strategies.
• Customer satisfaction, including efficient handling of all customer complaints or requirements.
• Writes reports and documents explaining findings and solutions
