Job Description
Since we are service provider and vendor for multinationals and some important local cooperates, we are looking for an excellent Soft Skill Trainer to help us provide customized training for our clients to help their employees cultivate their skills and knowledge.
You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others and help them achieve tangible results.
Responsibilities:
- Consult and make TNA.
- Design effective training programs & select suitable curriculum
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
- Keep attendance and other records
- React to evaluations and other KPIs to identify areas of improvement
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as corporate trainer is preferred.
- Understanding of effective training methodologies and tools
- Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Critical thinking and decision making
- Certification related to the training field is a plus
