Job Description
- Implement and coach people on DMAIC methodology.
- Develop and implement baseline process metrics to identify meaningful reporting, track KPI's progress, and identify efficiency and quality goals.
- Participates in one or more operational improvement projects or work streams within process projects at any given time.
- Review processes, facilitate an effective improvements, and implement approved process improvements.
- Coordinate with process stakeholders to apply the analysis derived data to deliver improved business procedures across a spectrum of activities.
- Develop or assist with the improvement of specific policies, instructions, checklists and standards through individual effort or as part of a team effort to improve or resolve issues with current and future activities as directed by the customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (highly preferred) or an equivalent combination of Business Education and a proven track record of related work experience in quality assurance and process improvement within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of modeling tools such as Visio and other MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or comparable G-suite applications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with people to get things done.
- Experience in working with and participating in project teams.-Solid problem solving and analytical skills.
- Familiar with ERP work environment (IFS or SAP are most preferable).
