Job Description
Job Duties:
- Instruct students about course requirements, evaluation procedures and attendance requirements.
- Develop planning, activate and evaluate curriculum and recommend options to maintain program efficiency.
- Provide students with necessary support, tutoring, and skills enhancement.
- Secure and utilize approved course materials and teaching methods to ensure needs of students are met.
- Prepare, develop and organize English language lesson materials, equipment and training modules.
- Motivate students through demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, sensitivity for their concerns.
- Involve students in classroom discussions and activities interacting in English language.
- Study and identify different student learning styles and act accordingly.
- Ensure all educational activities are conducted in an ethical manner.
- Merge technology into classroom as an instructional tool and for personal productivity.
- Test, evaluate and counsel students with respect to their level, academic performance and goals.
- Teach and guide ESL students as assigned.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a similar field.
- MD, TEFL or CILTA is preferred.
- Excellent teaching skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Patient, creative, detail-oriented and analytical.
