IBM continues to expand. Whilst this is not an open position, we will be looking for a Third Party Marketplace (3PM) Manager R&R in the coming months.

An IBM 3rd Party Marketplace Manager :

  • Maps out the buyer journey for IBM Products on 3PM
  • Works with IBM and Business Partner Marketing to design, develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive awareness and pull for the IBM SaaS offerings on Marketplace
  • Create content repository for available IBM Marketing assets
  • Measure, track and own responsibility for 3PM Full Funnel KPIs and related campaign success , working with IBM Business Units and Business Partner on corrective actions
  • Works with IBM Brand/Product and GBP teams on campaign messaging
  • Manage marketing agency-related activities
  • Works with BP and agencies on SEO and demand generations
  • Supports BP 3PM recruitment messaging and value proposition
  • Works with IBM ww team on integrating IBM Marketing and Third Party Marketplace Marketing Stack.
  • Captures lessons learned & best practices
  • Prepares and submits a marketing plan to the IBM Business Development Exec for approval and updates every quarter
  • Oversees implementation of the approved marketing plan
  • Reviews and secure approval of the marketing plan, and updates to the plan, from the IBM BDE
  • Leverages any IBM SaaS marketing campaigns that could drive further awareness
  • Acts as focal point for communicating with IBM business Unit Offering Managers/teams and GBP teams
  • Prepares for Marketplace launch activities
  • Creates marketing plans for IBM Third Party Marketplace activities
  • Leads the Ingram team on the implementation of the SaaS Offerings strategy on the Ingram Marketplace
  • Works with IBM’s Cloud Development Group to onboard new offerings onto Ingram Cloud Marketplace
  • Confirms testing of new offerings is done to ensure auto provisioning, billing, etc.
  • Works with IBM Business Units to ensure Partner is leveraging full set of enablement materials.

Job Requirements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience Required

  • At least 5 years experience in digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Solid understanding of digital buyer journey
  • Experience working with digital agency and preparing marketing briefs
  • Proof of managing multiple stakeholder projects
  • HTML and basic Graphic Design Skills
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
  • Fluent in English
