Job Description

  • B2B
  • Develop sales forecasts for Product Group and key accounts (quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Handles key accounts management and closes business deals to maximize profits.
  • Promotes Cellopack’s product (mainly printing product) offerings to prospect clients in order to acquire new customers.
  • Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer retention.
  • Serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management related issues.
  • Ensures the timely and successful delivery of products according to agreed upon timeline.
  • Develops new business deals with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Prepares reports on key accounts sales status.
  • Assists with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Updates records of account history and status on CRM to ensure timely entry of Sales operations.
  • Monitors the performance of sales agents and develops sales operations planning in terms of resource allocation of sales agents and optimization of sales calls.
  • Resolve conflicts and look into escalated complaints or issues.
  • Researches and Gathers information related to competition and product competitiveness and represented in formal reports.
  • Responsible for Marketing activities promoting Cellopack’s product offerings, and ensuring that reaches target clients: Exhibitions, Product Catalogs, Web Site, Digital Marketing, …etc.

Job Requirements

  • BSc. from any discipline.
  • Max age: 35
  • 5+ years of Product Management or Sales experience.
  • Ability to work 6 days a week.
  • Males only
  • 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed Residence is MUST.
  • Fluent English
  • Owning a car·
