Serving as the first point of contact for the NU members seeking technical assistance over the phone, ticketing system or email for Light current system support.
Installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, performing diagnostics, and repairing outages to all aspects of the Light Current different solutions like IP Cam , IPTV , CCTV ,Access control and Digital signage.
Implement, configure and install new LC devices and integrate with other systems.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Reporting LC systems operational status by gathering, prioritizing information; managing projects.
Detect, diagnose and resolve LC devices failures
Analyze and respond to security incidents as notified by management.
Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
Scheduling and performing LC Software updates and upgrades for the whole university

Bachelors degree of Engineering or Computer Science or related degree.
Must have 3-4 years’ experience in Light current systems
Must have a strong experience in Cisco Video surveillance especially (IP Cam, CCTV, access control, digital signage).
Good experience (Fiber optics, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Audio Visual, structure cabling,…etc.) for other vendors
Good Experience configuring TCP/IP and protocols
Knowledge of wireless network services and protocols
Good command of English.
Good skills' for building relationships with colleagues at all levels
