Accountabilities :
- Design and follow up of operating programs (maintenance,renovation and overhauling)for their Fleet according manufacture standards
- Lead team to achieve fleet technical and financial KPI
- Managing resources to ensure integration achievement between workshops in all locations
- Identify needs of spare parts and material through managing demand and supply process according to a program to ensure the continuity of the work and having it whih high quality and low cost
- Mange license process ( renewal , inspection ,penalty Receive, license and distribution and settlement reviewing )for area trucks according a program to ensour max licenses availability
- Set internal and external repair mix to ensure max productivity and evaluate external workshop performance and take the corrective action if needed
- Supervise the repair of serious accidents, according to the standards according to a program
- Ensure applying all safety operation instruction in all work shop activities and completion of all trucks and forklifts safety equipment to support achieving all safety KPIs
- Set and execute technical development plan for all DR (Direct Reports) and support them in achieving performance development targets
- Review CSI results and take the necessary action to keep it at target
- Applying 5S (Sort,Set In order,Shine,Standardize and,Sustain)system in all workshop to ensure keep it according to standards

Qualifications/Requirements
Key Skills/Experience Required :
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or cars)
- Experience in the field of automotive 2:3 Years
- Proficiency for Computer
- Strong command for both Arabic & English
- Strong leadership skills
