Job Description
- Experience in Project Management, Calculation of Costing and business rates, the field of managing the sizes of projects of a special nature, Processing of pricing, Linkage between the stages of implementation of the site and the consulting office.
- Implementation of the strategic direction of our products & services taking into account emerging and legacy technologies.
- Creating a tactical plan which can be collaboratively carried out by the team
- Team leader for improvements to our products, services, processes and development processes with the team.
- Review project progress | timeline and overview of the performance of all individuals in collaborative teams
- Facilitate the smooth delivery of all projects, enhancements, and support delivered by the team
- Full support with pre-sale activities, contributing to RFPs where appropriate and assisting in large pitches to potential clients where required.
- Pro-actively drive innovation with new ideas and options made available by new technologies.
- Maintain and actively contribute to a list of innovation & research projects
- Will be involved in pitching and presenting at boardroom level. This could include presentations and will require meticulous planning and proposal writing.
- The main area of focus will be to generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
- Involves scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering a presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
- Work on sales follow-up activities.
- Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business,
- Strong track record of business-to-business sales at a corporate level.
- Needs to have strong research and strategic analysis skills.

- Highly numerate and literate, with the ability to produce top quality written specifications and strategy and implementation communication.

- Ability to solve problems quickly and completely.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
- Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence are key for a successful real estate developer.
