Job Description
- Achieve individual monthly sales target as set by management.
- Work on setting up meetings with clients & presenting all company’s projects details to the client.
- Promote sales of properties through cold calls, prospecting, handling leads and networking.
- Reach new customers to enlarge company’s selling opportunities
- Continuous updating of property information.
- Responsible for selling and promoting for new homes, and resale residential or commercial properties.
- Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling units.
- Provide daily reports, potential clients, confirmed meetings, Meeting Surveys, Units status reports to the Sales Director.
Job Requirements
- At Least 4 years of real estate sales experience.
- Bachelor Degree in any related field.
- Proven track of sales target achievement.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good to Excellent command of English.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to learn.
- Preferred residents of surrounding area.
- Car owner is preferable.
- Males/ Females.
