Job Description
- Vodafone International Services is expanding in Egypt and we are hiring top talents to join our growing teams as a Customer Service Advisor.

Main Duties:
- Act as a front-line interface with customers of Vodafone companies worldwide.
- Role involves calling existing/new customers to offer them a wide range of Vodafone Price plans and handsets.
- The main purpose is to facilitate and provide a Vodafone global customer experience
Work Conditions:
- Fixed Shift from 10 Am to 7 Pm , Fixed Off Sat. & Sunday
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a MUST.
- Graduates , Undergrads and Gap year students are most welcome .
- Communication skills.
- No over night shifts.
