Job Description
We are recruiting for a Human Resource Manager in the Information Technology Retail industry. The Human Resources Manager leads and manages the Human Resources services and resources . The Human Resources Manager reports to the General Manager and advises Company Leaders about Human Resource issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Leads and provides direction to the HR team. Ensures that HR activities support the strategic vision of the Company.
- Manages the recruitment process. Leads the HR team as they take a critical role in the screening and selection of qualified candidates and new hires.
- Oversees the Insurance Benefit Programs for Eastasia
- Facilitates the development, revision and implementation of human resource policies. Annually reviews and updates the Team Member Handbook to reflect policy changes.
- Oversees the annual Performance Review Process and schedule.
- Maintains and manages the Wage and Grade Compensation structure to ensure both external and internal equity.
- Oversees the discipline process In EastAsia
- Is responsible for ensuring HR policies and practices are compliant with applicable laws and guidelines.
- Helps plan and facilitate Company events.
- Coaches and mentors Managers/Supervisors regarding HR issues.
- Recommends and provides development and career pathing opportunities for team members.
- Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees.
Job Requirements
- 3 years at least of successful experience in an HR Leadership role
- In-depth understanding of HR best practices and processes
- Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills
- Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
- The ability to interact well and coach team members
- BA in Business or similar. MA preferred
