Enrich the content in the app, plan and discover new content and new play method, and explore the user function/playing method of voice room;
Develop and maintain the quality users and communities within the platform.
Make proposals and modifications to the content of the voice room;
Planning and execution of big festival events.
Collect user information and adjust the operation strategy according to market conditions, or propose product optimization suggestions to improve user retention rate;
In-depth understanding of platform user characteristics, mining and maintaining the KOL of the platform, leading them to produce the good quality content;
Develop an effective incentive program for each user, aim to build a user ecosystem.

Have more than 1 year experience in the operation and promotion of live broadcast platform, audio and voice platform/broadcast Radio related experience is preferred;
Familiar with audio and voice social products, understand the basic methodology of voice chat rooms, sensitive to practical hotspots;
Have strong planning ability to complete the program planning case and event planning case independently;
Have certain voice platform anchors or having broadcaster resources are better.
